Our Telehealth services involve the use of a variety of technologies including interactive television, web-cams, video links, fixed/wireless telecommunication and computing devices (including smart phones and tablets). We also involve the use of environmental controllers and apps which enable access to and/or the sharing of health, well-being or activity related information. The service uses remote monitoring of physiological data e.g. temperature and blood pressure that can be used by health professionals for diagnosis or disease management e.g. providing health advice by telephone, videoconferencing to discuss a diagnosis or capturing and sending images for diagnosis.
